YouTube with enhanced privacy mode. This website embeds videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. As soon as you start a video, a connection to YouTube's servers is established and the YouTube server is informed which pages you have visited. Google Web Fonts. This site uses web fonts from Google to display fonts consistently. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its cache and connects to Google's servers to do so; as a result, Google learns that this website was accessed from your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google reCAPTCHA. We use reCAPTCHA from Google Ireland Limited to check whether entries (for example in a contact form) are made by a human or by an automated program. In doing so, your IP address, the time you spend on the page and mouse movements, among other things, are analysed and forwarded to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against misuse and spam) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Customer and contract data. We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to establish, define the content of, or amend the contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Customer data is erased once the order has been completed or the business relationship has ended; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Transfer on conclusion of a contract. We transfer personal data to third parties only where this is necessary in order to perform the contract (for example to delivery companies or to the bank instructed to handle the payment). No further disclosure takes place, or only with your express consent.
